SHIPPING, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND ADD-ON POLICY:

Orders are shipped within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays. There are no back orders. If we are out of stock, please call and reorder. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of our
products to our customers. If we are at fault in filling your order or if merchandise is damaged we will replace with an identical item or refund your money upon receipt of original item.
Inspect all orders within 24 hours of acceptance of package. All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of package. If you need to add-on or cancel your order it must be done within 48 hours.
